Dress Code

Neither my husband nor myself have ever been on a cruise before but we are interested in a Greek Isle land/cruise vacation that uses Louis Cruise Lines. Has anybody cruised with them before? Do they require formal dress for dinner? Can anyone recommend a cruise line to that area (not budget but not extremley expensive)that does not require suit and tie for dinner? We are not formal people. T hanks.
