Here's a question for highly experienced cruise chatters.

Touring "in flight" on Google Earth I've seen three cruise ships docked in Fort Lauderdale and one in Genova.

Apart "Fantasy" in Ft. Lauderdale - she's linked to a photo - can anyone find out the names of the others viewing them from above ?

Does anyone know if there are more ships on G.E. worldover, best if cruising in the open sea ?

Well, last time I looked you can see the Freedom Of the Seas in Cozumel. Look in St Marteen for a princess. Miami has a RCCL though I don't know which one.

They update the pictures every once in a while, so they can change.

Cruise shi-ips in flight . . .afternoon delight . . .

Sorry! I've been holding that back for days now.

I know; should have held on a little longer.

I'll admit it... I scan the globe looking for cruise ships and liners.

One lesson learned is that once you find a favorite ship, save the image as GE is updated every so often. I had a great view of my OceanBreeze at Port Everglades (a very old view, obviously) lost as I didn't save it.

It's also sad to look at the old liners rusting away off Alang.

I just went to Port of Miami on Google Earth and the 2 ships there right now are; Carnival Imagination and Royal Caribbean - Majesty of the Sea.

How Cool is that!

You may have to wait one to three years for the image to change according to Google Earth:
http://earth.google.com/support/bin/...y?answer=21414

So don't hold your breath thinking tomorrow that you will see a different image is what I'm saying.

Did you know you can post images to Google Earth through Panoramio?

Hi Steve. So you're RED.

I'm from Bologna (Italy), and I'm of course a natural born F.C. Bologna supporter.
Last time we won the Italian Championship (Serie A) in 1964. I was a child, I don't remember anything ...
We're victims of Moggi and his pro-Juventus frauds, and that's why by now we play in the Second League (Serie B) .
Being a Bologna supporter, I'm RED & BLUE.

As I had a little grown, there was a football team winning in Italy and in Europe and beyond: A.C. Milan. So I'm RED & BLACK too.
I remember Rivera, Schnellinger, Lodetti, and so on: my favourite was Pierino Prati, with his socks down.

I'm sincerely sorry for you. In Athens REDS won't have any chance...
Sir Alex Ferguson himself bets on Milan!

Thanks, Ken, I see. I've never tried to post images neither in GE or here.
Sooner or later I will learn.
