Ship times vs. shore times

I booked a shore excursion in Grand Cayman and then in Cozumel with Shoretrips.com and was told repeatedly to check the "ship times" to make sure they were the same as the times on my confirmation voucher. Anyone have any idea?

It really depends on what ship you are sailing on. Some cruise lines do not change ship time to coincide with the local time, others change to match the port. I would confirm with shoretrips that the times on the vouchers refer to local times - then when you arrive in that port - check ship time to local time and adjust accordingly.
