what to do in belize

can anyone please tell me if they have done the
following in belize. we are looking at some options. taken a taxi to old belize and cucumber beach, booked an excursion with
belizecruise excursions( we were looking at the
tour of the zoo old belize and cucumber beach.
also coral breeze tour to caye caulker, or getting a water taxi to caye caulker and being
able to get back to the tender dock in time.
we have been to belize before and went to
bannster island, we dont want to do that again.

The only thing I did there was a catamaran sail/snorkel, sorry I can't help.
