Wasn't sure where to post this... I want to take our family (8 or 9) people on a cruise next Jan. to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. Not sure yet which line, either Carnival, Royal or Norwegian.

My question is: do any of these lines have a suite that would accommodate 8 or 9 people in one suite?

Thanks in advance...

RCI has Royal Family Suites which hold 8 and Presidential Family Suites which hold at least 12. These are not on all ships. The Oasis has large suites for groups too, but I can guarantee you these are sold out for next January. The other suites are often sold out well in advance too. None of these are cheap.

NCL has the garden villas on some ships which will hold large groups. Again - often booked and not cheap.

Carnival does not have suites that hold large numbers of people.

Even if you book one of these villas, it is still cheaper to purchase a couple of cabins. You could get a couple of connected cabins and be able to do 4 in each. Or get two outside and 1 inside cabin for less than you would pay for a the large suites.

why do you need 9 people in one cabin?

Thanks.....I have been looking at separating the group into connecting balcony rooms. Much cheaper and we can get away from each other when needed.
