Okay, I spoke with travel agent and he gave me the correct reservation number. I am feeling much better, now that I can access my info. on the cruise line's website. However, we are having a dispute over the deposit. I am certain that I paid $900.00 and that is what my invoice says, however, he is saying that the information from Royal Caribbean says that I only paid $700. I contacted my credit card company and they are sending me a copy of my previous statement (which can not be accessed over the phone or on-line).
What drama! Has anyone else had such issues?
