Its the night before my cruise and when I log-on to Royal Caribbean it says that I do not have any reservations. What is going on? They are closed and I can not get any information. Please help!

That would not be good Carl.

If not, right now is a good time to start drinking... heavily.

I don't think you can access the reservations within 48 hrs prior ...I have heard of this on some cruiselines .You are still booked but they do not want you making changes/special requests that close to departure

LHT28... I certainly hope that is the deal... I can't believe anyone would wait until the night before the cruise to check the website...

LHT28, I know that is the case with Princess; they don't want anybody going in and messing things up at the last munute. It is a little frustrating, though; you check it almost daily (I'm not sure why)for six months, then when you're right down to the wire--NOTHING!

Once you have a booking paid for and in the system, you're on the ship. If you bring your passport/I.D. birth cert that is.

When the manifest is finalized noone, including the cruiseline can open it or make changes. They can see you're there but can't open the booking any more. Princess closes theirs a little earlier than most and they have stricter rules on requiring advanced registration that the others. If you don't register with PCL they say you may be denied boarding, I've never seen them follow through with that idle threat but they run you through the ringer at the pier if you fail to do so. Always do your online registration with all cruiselines. You'll get on the ship if you don't but your time at the pier and those behind you (to a lesser degree) will pay a price if you don't. Have your docs and I.D. in hand as well. Not in your purse, not in your laptop case, in your hand. Have a great cruise!

Cheers, Neil
