if it goes down, you can get adjustments up until the due date.

Some cruise lines will adjust your fare downwards until sailing date. They'll issue you a credit to your credit card, or an onboard credit, if the price of your category of room goes down at any time before sailing.

Thank you all for your input and appreciate your info. I told them I did not want a upgrade because I am happy with the room I got on the back of the ship and don't want to end up in a noisy area by some chance so I had them put in no upgrade and being I have a suite I don't need anything more.
