eb,
We have always pulled up to the main lot #1 which is elevated and they have had room for us there. We arrive early, around 11:00 am. I am not sure where lot #2 is, but you can expect the same shuttle service. Speaking of elevated, it is actually only about 5 feet higher than the street. Have a blast!

Rodney,
How early can you get on board there. I like getting on as soon as I can just to get the cruise started. The ship does not have to be away from the dock for me.
5 foot higher would not have helped last time.

Eb-

Show up about 11AM they will start boarding by noon. (normally)

Yes, 5 feet would not have helped during the last hurricane, but you won't have to worry about a storm like that during your cruise.

eb,
Jim is correct - arrive around 11 am and you will be able to board soon after, considering all of the other passengers have debarked and customs has cleared the ship to begin boarding the next cruise. We had no delays getting on board and having lunch on the Lido around 12:30. Don't expect to go to your stateroom until around 2:00, so be prepared to handle any carry-ons or luggage. It is all good! Have fun!

Thanks, We did that on our Alaska trip and it made the cruise seem as if it had started 4 hrs early.
Not too long now.
We are picking excursions now. Don't want to do too much, I will be asking about that stuff sometime later this week. If you have any advise, we have never been so anything you have to add would be nice.
