when do we get info. on cruise

On 11/29/03 we purchased a cruise on princess dawn when will we get info. from the cruise line?

You will probably get something a couple of weeks before you go. Thats what normally happens. They make you wait and wait and get really nervous about you not having the documents then they will send em. lol

We are cruising with RCCL and leaving from Miami on the 5th of January. We received our cruise documentation approx. 3 weeks before the cruise.

You say you booked on the Dawn Princess. You should get preliminary information for tours and pre registration somewhere close to 60 days in advance of your cruise. The actual cruise documents can arrive anywhere up to a couple weeks in advance of the cruise but have been coming closer to 30 to 45 days in advance of the cruise and if you have booked any tours in advance they will be listed in the documents.

This timeline could be different if you have booked air through the cruise line or a guaranteed room.

If you have not received anything especially the tour information within a month of the cruise contact your TA and ask them if they can see where things are at.
