spa and fitness area

someone mentioned an another discussion that they were able to go to the fitness center and shower. A morning hot tub and sauna is a great thing, too. Is that possible on days with shore excursions, or do they not open until later in the morning? Our idea is to go to the hot-tub, then either have breakfast in our room or go to a buffet breakfast.

They have hot tubs open 24 hrs/day.

What ship will you be sailing on? Some ships have hot tubs open 24/7, others have set hours of operation.

Most likely the Sun Princess. It did say 24 hour fitness center, but I wondered about the pool and hot tub area...I imagine there has to be a time for maintenance, but maybe that's only every few days.
