Checking on Ship's passenger count

Hoping someone may be able to help me. I know in my wanderings on the internet I saw mentioned somewhere that there is a website that one can go to to check actually how full a ship is before sailing and what kind of space is still available (if any). Does anyone out there know what that website is?

Haven't seen anything like that but would love to know the site if you ever do find it.

I am going to try to do a bit of searching and see if I can't discover the site on my own - I will certainly report back if I ever locate it!
