Cutters - Sand Fleas....

I was wondering if we can only get Cutters in the US or if we can get it in Canada before we leave??? Is it only available in drug-store type stores???
Any information on Cutters would be great....

Good question. I know you can buy it at most any drugstore in the US. I usually buy it at Walgreens. I know it is also available at Walgreens online store (www.walgreens.com) so you could always purchase it there.
