Hotels in Tampa close to Airport and Port

Does anyone suggest any budget hotels in Tampa that we can stay in 1 night before Cruise? They'd have to have free transportation from airport and reasonable transportation to the dock? Thanks

Linda K, haven't been there in ages. I did a google search on hotels near port of Tampa and it came up with loads of hits. LaQuinta, Marriott, Embassy, Sheraton, etc. It lists their phone numbers, too. You can give them a call and see about shuttle service. Hopefully, someone on our board has been to Tampa recently and can answer your question first hand. In Ft. Lauderdale, we've had great luck with the LaQuintas, Sheratons, and Marriotts. ChucksOK always used Embassy. Hope this helps a little.
