You bring up a good point regarding booking flights in advance. This has happened to me several times, but so far has had no impact on me missing the boat.

As I stated in earlier posts, my home airport is a hub for an airline, so I can get nonstop flights to Florida. Between the time I book and the time I embark, the time has changed, but they do notify me by e-mail.

For my cruise coming up, I was hesitant to change my flight to the first flight of the day, but for now, I'll leave it, as I'm still landing well within RCI's time of the latest arrival time. RCI states the latest arrival time is 12:45, and I arrive at 11:15, and I'm on their shuttle to the port.
