olaaa, I just resigned from SS and I heard from colleagues that royal carribean is ok to work for (as a waitress). Has anyone experience and can tell me about hours, dutys, extra dutys, payment and tipping policys? Would be very interesting. I want to go back on board but not with the same company. Please send me some ideas. thnx jeanny

have you thought about Ocean Village or even Fred Olsen lines ?...alot of British cruisers onboard and they will be different from RCI ,Princess etc
