Have any of you won an auction from skyauction.com and not get it fulfilled? Is that legal? what can we do if the supplier cancels and says there is no room and the airline reservations have already been made?

I got 3 cruises with sky auction and had good luck, I would call sky auction and talk to someone in the cruise department and I would not give up until I talked with someone. The toll free number is 1-800-929-9929 Jon is great his ext. is 152 and so is Nick his ext is 113. Keep calling until you speak with a person. Good Luck and keep me posted, I would like to find out what happened.
