Zaandam

Just returned from a cruise on Holland America's Zaandam and just have to tell everyone, that the food, accommodations, service, facilities were wonderful. How anything could have been better I have no clue. This was a wonderful time had by all. There weren't many children, which suited me fine, there are plenty of cruises with wonderful accommodations for children..... If anyone would like further information just write me.

We spent our Honeymoon on the Zaandam in 2000 when the ship was new and it was a wonderful cruise. Now 4 years and two kids later we take our family on Holland America which we found is great for kids. We don't really like the mega ships and find that HAL is just right for us.

Thank you for posting this Beatrice. My g/f and I are leaving on the Zaandam for seven days in a few weeks and I have read some unsettling reviews prior to your review date.
