Most romantic thing you have done on a cruise

I'm trying to think of some special things to make our cruise extra special. My hubby is so awesome all year long I'm trying to say thank you. I already have a gift being delivered to the cabin. Has anyone surprised thier loved one's before on a cruise?

What does he enjoy doing? Do you have a balcony cabin? How about a massage for 2? Are you going to a port that he really likes? There are a bunch of suggestions that I could make, but you know what he likes best.
