Taxis at LAX

Does anyone know a cost of taking a taxi from LAX (or an adjacent hotel) to the Port where Carnival departs???

We heard it was $25 but aren't sure.

Miker, that cost sounds about right - maybe more. Long Beach is about 20 miles from LAX. If I were you I would look into a shuttle from LAX to the Port. There must be one, as many people arrive here for cruises.
