Conquest vs. Royal Caribbean

I'm trying to plan a cruise in Jan. or Feb. out of New Orleans. I have been on 3 Carnival cruses and enjoyed them.I was interested in Royal.How does it conpare and can you eat all the time on Royal as you can on Carnival?Please let me know.

We are also considering a cruise from NO in Jan or Feb. Having cruised both Carnival, (3 times) and RCI (1 time) we think they compare very well. We don't think you will have any problems finding food! The other choice for 7 days, NCL, we have not cruised on. For the first time we are going to drive to port, so we are looking to book late and try to get a bargain. We have also cruised HAL 5 times & Celebrity once.
