I am going on an eight night cruise to mexico on the norwegian star feb 18. I take several supplements with each meal and when traveling have them ready to take,in small plastic bags, labeled "breakfast, lunch, dinner". Most of them come in large bottles of 250 or 500 capsules, it would be very bulky and heavy to have to carry all of that with me. Would there be any problem in having these various herbs and vitamins in my suitcase in the individual bags? I don't want to have any problems but can't imagine having to carry all of these in their original containers. Thanks for any help.

I took all my meds in original containers as told by my travel agent. However my bags were not searched, nor did I see any being searched. I don't think there will be a problem if you just let them know they are suppliments. Suppliments usually don't look like regular meds anyways. Worst case, you spend 8 days with our your extra vitamins.

I have carried prescription meds in original prescription bottles, in my carry on or purse. However, I have packed vitamins and calcium type supplements in baggies or other plastic containers without a problem.
