My wife, 8 yr old grandson, 4 yr old daughter and myself are booked on the Disney Magic January 10th. Our intention is to fly in one day early in case of any weather related problems (coming from Minnesota). We are scheduled to stay the night in a hotel near the airport. Any good, reputable transportations companies I can deal with both ways? Also, this may sound silly, but how much should we tip the drivers? Thanks

Check with Mears Transportation, or better yet, ask the cruise line about purchasing transfers (you'll need to do that ahead of time). The Disney buses are great - movies for the entire family to enjoy enroute. Tipping would be standard amount, $1-2 per bag.
