I've had two airplane issues and zero cruise issues.

I do agree Dave that the technical issues were exaggerated. I think perhaps it's because they are fewer cruiseships than airplanes and so the problem seems worse if its one cruiseship vs. twenty airplanes having issues. Who knows?
