Yes, I book all my cruises thru them. I shop the internet to find the lowest rate and then I call them with what I have found. They will match that rate and give you free insurance. They also give you cabin credits to use onboard ship. I have also made a reservation thru NCL at the lowest rate and called e-cruises and asked them to claim the reservation # I that I give them and they then ticket it for me so I get the lowest rate and free insurance. They are great to work with.
