I'm sure there are lots of different opinions on this. Maybe when I get older(I'm 63 now)a long cruise will appeal to me more; but for now there is a point of diminishing returns--and it's right about 18 days. After that I look at the dinner menu and say. "Oh no! Not the same old steak, lobster and rack of lamb AGAIN!!"

As long as I'm just dreaming, I'd just make the Freedom my permanent residence. Of course, they would have to get me off the ship with a crane after I die...

I have done a longer cruise and they are great! They are more about relaxation and the ports than the cruise itself.

Go for it!
