(OT)TSA will begin allowing small scisoors in carry-on

While this is a bit off-topic, I found this ruling by the TSA to go into effect this week noteworthy, particularly for someone like me that somoehow manages to forget about my nail scissors in my make-up bag whenever I return home from a cruise:

"Beginning December 22, scissors with a cutting edge of four inches or less and tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers smaller than seven inches will be permitted on board."
