Where to go on the Mexican Reviera cruise

We're a couple of old time cruisers who are now having difficulty walking distances. It's our first time this side of the continent. We've seen excursions that looks interesting on the brochures but we'd like to hear from experienced folks. What are the best excursions in Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, La Paz and Puerto Vallarta?

You don't say which cruise line you are on, but usually in the shore excursion brochures it will tell you the activity level of each of the excursions. Not knowing your interests, it is difficult to recommend tours, but I would pay close attention to the stated activity level. Remember, in Mexico the streets and sidewalks can be very uneven and very often cobblestones. So I would stick with tours that have minimal walking.

I took that cruise with my grandmother when she was in her 80's, and had a difficult time walking. We got a wheelchair for her, so that we could explore more, both on the ship and at ports. She chose not to go on any excursions, though. Will you be traveling with anyone who can help you?
