Cruising New England states

Has anyone cruised the New England states? What are the pros/cons of it?

We have done the Indian Summer cruise on the NCL Sun in october 2001 and it was wonderful. Starting in Boston, going to Bar Harbour-Maine (wonderful), Sydney (boring), Corner Brook-New Foundland (nice), St. Laurence river (wonderful), Quebec (wonderful city), Saguenay River (great), Halifax-Nova Scotia with a trip to Peggys Cove (also great).

We loved the cruise and will do it once again, maybe with a little different itinerary.

My wife and I did the New England cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas last August and thought it was one of our best. My wife always wanted to see whales and finally did. As a matter of fact we saw four different kinds of whales. The duck tours are fun too.

We've done several Canada/New England cruises, and love them so much we are leaving again on an Eastern Canada cruise in two weeks. Plus, we live in New England.

What time of year are you thinking of going?
