Hi! I was reading the Topic about the lifeboats/equality thing, and I wanted to encourage you to not give up on the idea of a cruise altogether.

After all, there are other types of cruises besides the big cruise lines.

I'd someday like to go on one of the scientific cruises, say, to the Galapagos, or one of the eco-cruises, etc.

I'm assuming (based on my ignorance though) that science and eco-cruises are totally different than the large commercial cruises.

At any rate, just a suggestion for you and anyone else here who has issues with commercial policies/procedures.
