Has anyone flown into Orlando-Sanford? If so, is it easy to get to Port Canaveral from there?

Sanford is approximately 1 hour NW of Port Canaveral. They will have shuttles,limos, car rentals, and taxis.

I suppose it should be easy enough to get to Port Canaveral from Orlando-Sanford (SFB). However, Orlando International Airport (MCO) has a straight line to Port Canaveral via the 528 expressway (a.k.a. The Beachline Expressway). 528 is located on the north side of MCO, and comes to an end (eastbound) at Port Canaveral.
