Does any cruise line have a drinking age of 18?

it depends. North American lines may allow passengers aged 18-21 to drink beer (probably wine, as well), but rarely more.

On most European lines, the drinking age is 18.

Royal Caribbean will let you drink beer (only) if you are 18.

If you are 19, Royal Caribbean will let you drink beer and wine.

Only if you are over 21, Royal Caribbean will let you drink the stronger stuff.

These alcohol policies of Royal Caribbean only apply when they are not in a US port.
