I passed through Seņor Frogs in Cozumel. Was it on the second floor and Carlos and Charlies was on the first? I thought that was a rather weird arrangement: having to competing bars one on top of the other.
Anyway, I just passed through each one having a quick look around since a don't really drink.
Eventually I picked up a taxi and was driven back to Punta Maya Pier where my cruise ship was. This all happened on OCt. 13th of 2005; just one week before Hurricane Wilma. So, I suppose if you were in Seņor Frogs (sporting your inflatable headware), recently, they must have rebuilt it. Is it still on top of Carlos and Charlies?
By the way, along with your inflatable headware, I couldn't help but notice the T-shirt you were wearing in the photo.
I am considering taking a cruise on the Carnival Triumph. It would be the 7-day Eastern Caribbean cruise. Although the Western Caribbean cruise offered on the Triumph sounds nice too. That is because I really enjoyed Cozumel on my second cruise, and would love to go back.
Anyway.....What are your opinions of the Triumph? Would you reccomend taking a cruise on the Triumph?
Yes, they rebuilt the mall which had the two bars when you were in Cozumel. Looks just like it did before Wilma. As for the competing bars......they are owned by the same company.
Carnival Triumph...the cruise was fine but I don't care for the layout of the Destiny-class ships. Very cluttered pool deck which is hard to navigate, among other design shorfalls. But the food and service was as expected with Carnival - great!
Frozen and salted, the only way to go with the margaritas. Fat Tuesday's has some awesome ones as well in Cozumel. Assuming they're still there after Wilma. Princess makes some good ones and they even come in small, medium and large. Bet you can't guess which size I order
