WE HAVE BEEN ON 23 CRUISES. THIS IS A FIRST ON CELEBRITY, AND WE WERE VERY, VERY,VERY,DISAPOINTED. THE SEWAGE BACKED UP INTO OUR CABIN AND SOME OTHERS ABOUT THE 3RD DAY OUT,THE CABIN STEWARD HAD A BAD ATTITUDE FROM DAY1, THE HALLWAYS AND PUBLIC AREAS WERE FILTHY.THE BUFFET AREA WAS CLOSED AT DINNER TIME SO IF YOU WERE ASHORE TILL LATE YOU HAD TO RUSH TO GET INTO THE DINNING ROOM ON TIME. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WE HAVE EVER HAD.I will say the dinning room service was great as was the food.After complaing bitterly to our travel agent and celebrity cruise lines they issued us a creit on another cruise of 100.00. This was a slap in the face. I would not go on the horizon again if it was free! I wonder now if it is all celebrity ships or what.The smell in the cabin for the rest of the cruise was worth more than a 100.00 bucks.
