Rolling clothes vs folding when packing

Daddyx2....space bags sound great, but when you repack them, how do you get all the air out of the to fit in a your smaller suitcase?

Sandy P, thats easy, buy the space bags that Walmart has in their travel section. You actually pack them to the line on the bag, zip the bag closed then you roll the air out. We use them also, they really save space in the suitcases for things like underware and socks. We always need them when returning home, seems we always have more to carry home then when we boarded the ship. Comes in real handy.

Thanks for the tip Carol, Cruise Specialist... I have learned to roll my close, and I did find it takes up less room and my clothing doesn't get as wrinkled, but putting them in the space bags sounds like a good idea. I just thought it would be hard getting the air out of the bag on the return home. I've used those space bags for storage at home and the air seems to always come out of them.
