LATITUDES MEMBERSHIP

We travelled on the Norwegian Wind to Alaska in September 2002. We had a wonderful time and could not fault the cruise, BUT we have never received our Latitude Membership? Has anyone else had the same problem. We have had no success in emailing Norwegian Cruise Lines to ascertain why we have not received our Latitude Membership - there has just always been NO RESPONSE TO OUR EMAILS!!!!! We are really frustrated,and annoyed, especially as we have booked again for a cruise out of Hawaii in August 2003. Can anyone offer any suggestions.

I have no idea why you have not received your membership number yet. We received ours about 4 months after sailing with them in Dec. Your TA should be able to get your Lattitudes Number from NCL and make sure that it applies to the next cruise you have booked.

We have gotten the numbers applied to different bookings when our customers did not know what their numbers were. The TA will only have to let them know your name and NCL can look up the info. If they have the name of the ship you were on and the sailing date you sailed that will make the number search quicker.

Thanks for that. We are from New Zealand and guess we may have to call Latitudes in the USA. Does anyone know of an email address that I can use which is likely to be more successful?
