Yes it is, and from time to time, it takes a little detour; sometimes for the better and some times, maybe not for the better. I did see in the post that cruise food was mentioned...
While it's nice to insulate ourselves from real issues by escaping to the "cruise only" environment, it's not unhealthy to let a little real world stuff come in. All cruise and nothing else makes me a dull boy.
This is funny. The Moderators closed one thread on the 3rd World subject and someone just started another thread about the thread that was closed. Hahahahaha!!! I am new here but I love this board. So much more tolerate than some of the others.

Lets face it..the USA is full of spoiled rotten brats!!!
I copied both these lines from the original post. The first is the second line in the rant and the second is the final line. Does anyone see a contradiction in this?
Just to make it clear - both to the OP and to the forum in general - we do not tolerate posts which are meant to be political statements or to incite others. The other posts about the "Third World" were nothing more than that, and frankly this one is on the hairy edge.
And for the record, "free speech" is not absolute in this forum - which is true for any moderated forum, and we are a moderated forum. I'll not close this thread for the time being, but I fear it will attract the kind of responses which will take this thread down the road to deletion.

Don't wear them, wouldn't know if they were in a knot or a bunch.
GC Dull is not you. Keep up the retorts, one-liners and curve balls.
I see the thread taking a safe turn on the high road. Lori, don't worry, were all friends here, right?
Regarding the contradiction previously noted, I'd hazard a guess that the OP was referencing a kinder, gentler nation of days past, and is wistfully wishing for a return to those days, as opposed to the direction the populace has taken in recent years.
