Ok so this is probably just a last minute nervous stupid question, but I have never done the e-ticket for the airline before. Do I just hand them the ticket that is in my Carnival packet or is there something special I have to do with it?

You should have something with your flight number and time. Just hand that to the res. agent and they will issue you a boarding pass. You're almost on your way. Bon Voyage

This is a little late...but nowadays, you don't need anything but your driver's license or government issued photo I.D.

I have another question relating to the "E-Ticket":

My travel agency said it would mail my ticket documents 2 weeks to 1 week before the sail date.

On the Carnival website I can see my documents (E-Ticket?). So, in case the documents don't arrive by mail as the travel agency said, can I print-out those E-Documents (E-Ticket?) and take them with me to the pier, along with my Carnival Fast Pass, and would that be enough?

Yes, Those are your documents.

The nice thing about E-Tickets is that you really do not need any document, although its a good idea to have a copy (even an e-mail) which has your reservation number. Before e-tickets you had to protect your airline ticket like Gold, because if you lost those paper tickets it could be a major problem (and cost you a lot of money). With e-tickets, you no longer need to worry.
