No.. you won't hear them at all. More likely to hear sounds and music from car areas.

People waling around on the pool deck and the chairs dragging are not loud enough to be heard in the cabins.

It depends on the ship. We did not hear them at all when we were on Norwegian Majesty this past summer. But, every ship is different. Which one will you be on?

It's better not to book those cabins, unless you do not care about the noises from early morning moving chairs and washing decks by the pool attendents.
