I'm a dad and I have one... Thinking mine is a great guy, hoping one day my boys will feel the same. My youngest is still a teenager so he's still a lot smarter than I am. And of course he knows better than I do what's in his best interest. A genius that boy!

My soon-to-be 13 year old son gave me a "World's Greatest Dad" t-shirt and a new lounge chair for the pool deck. He is also going to take the lead in roasting some Cornish hens for dinner. He likes to cook, just like dear ol' dad! Tonight's dinner: Cornish Game Hens with cornbread and sausage stuffing. Green beans. Corn on the cob. Homemade yeast rolls and butter. For dessert: strawberry shortcake (using my own shortcake recipe) and "real" whipped cream. That ought to lay me out for the night!

Happy Father's Day Guys! Hope you have all had a wonderful day. We have spent the day with our three kids, their spouses, and the grandchildren. Can't ask for any more than that.
