Why is it that they will only post the good stuff and block the negative reviews

Harley, if you've been reading messages on this Board for any length of time, you should know that we post all comments and reviews, positive or negative, as long as the messages do not violate the Terms of Service set forth by the owners of Cruise Chat.

If messages violate the TOS or otherwise expose Cruise Chat to legal liabilities, they are indeed removed from public view.
