We are doing 26 days B2B in Feb/Mar and cannot wait to get back on board.
I guess it is up to your personal preferences whether you would do a longer cruise I would have done another cruise on the B2B but we are away for 3 mths as it is and DH felt it was just too long to be away from home.

I think it also depends on the number of ports. I think our 12 day cruise would be a perfect time, but we are at a port each day with only on day at sea, so with so much to do, its not going to feel like enough time.

Now a 12 day cruise with 7 days at sea might get a little old. Who knows? I guess I'll just have to plan on taking a trans atlantic cruise to see.

I'd jump on that in a heart beat, but I love cruising. I am never ready to get off any ship. Jim, I was just worried about someone who has never cruised before not loving it as much as I do. I gained 4 lbs on our 7 day Valor cruise and I thought I kept my eating under control. Lite breakfast, salad for lunch and then dinner. Only 3 ice cream cones per day I cannot imagine how much I would gain after a month on a ship.

On my Med Cruise aboard the Legend, we did a 12 night and I loved it. Only 2 sea days, it was very port intensive, but the stops are so magnificent, I wouldn't have skipped one....although I loved my two sea days, only left my balcony for the spa and went to dinner. I would cruise longer, but I am gonna have to grow up and retire first...LOL...my job allows me to cruise, but not longer than 7 days.
