I'd try www.samspassport.com they've been lifesavers for me a number of times when clients have lost passports at the last minute and other issues. They are very helpful and informative with any passport and visa questions/concerns. I believe there is an 800 # on the site.
Neil, I checked out Samspassport!! That's what I've been looking for. A clear cut, yes or no, if you need a visa. I went to Singapore Embassy website, Zierer Visa Service website, Lonely Planet, etc........ Either I missed it, or it just wasn't there. Very frustrating. This will help a BUNCH. My husband and I like to go to out of the ordinary countries. We usually plan our own trips, and I often have a difficult time, trying to figure out if we need a visa. Thanks a million. Lil' Lori
You're welcome Lori. I have no affiliation with Sams but have recommended them for years. They do a great job, have an easy to navigate website and will actually call you back. They've been a lifesaver for me more than once in a pinch.

We are required to have Yellow Fever vaccinations for our cruise in December. I find it strange since we didn't the first time we sailed to Trinidad, but this time we go to Tobago. Devil's Island also requires it. We have to wait to get more people that need the vaccination to get it. The nurse told me they have to purchase a vial with 5 shots in it. The shots have to be used within 1 hour of opening the vial and they can't throw away 3 shots because it is too expensive. I guess we might have to travel to Birmingham or Nashville to get one, maybe even Atlanta.
Penny, The way I read the requirement is only if you are traveling to Trinidad/Tobago "from" a country of risk. It says "recommended" but not madatory for all others.
