I really like the way Princess handles it now. You go to your area, you are called, you leave. I don't want to leave the ship either, but it beats the way it was, hands down. They have the muster drill down pat. Now if they could only get embarkation down. San Juan has priority boarding that is truly express, Port Everglades, even though it says priority, you still stand in lines.

Gee Penny, I breezed right through in Port Everglades last April; of course we arrived at the pier 15 minutes before we were supposed to sail . And there was another plane even later than ours; our 5:00 sailing pulled up the gangway at 6:30. Thank goodness we had Princess Air and transfers. That is the only way I would ever fly in the same day--and I'll probably never do it again; I feel like I missed the first day of our cruise. When I leave from San Pedro I'm enjoying hand-carved turkey and an ice-cold Grolsch by 12:00.
