I knbow you all can help. Several months ago I decided to turn my passion into an avocation, so I am now an in-home agent part time for a big agency I won't mention the name. (I do respect the fact that this site is associated with another agency). I have a client who will be cruising out of Port Canaveral. They will be staying in Orlando. Who is the best to go with on transfers to the dock? I respect all of your opinions.
It really depends on what your clients needs are. There are a couple of good shuttle companies (Orange comes to mind) and there is always the cruise ship transport. They problem they may have is staying in Orlando. Most of the shuttles pick up from the airport. While I am sure you can have them pick up at a hotel, I am not sure if there would be an additional charge.
We have just rented cars (which can be more economical if you have more than 2 people in your party) You can do one way rentals and drop the car off at the rental car store in Cocoa Beach. Each rental car company has a shuttle from the store to the port and back so you can easily rent in both directions.
I'll let others chime in on shuttle company recommendations as I have not used anyone other than Orange and that was local to Orlando.

Mears has the Orlando shuttle market tied up. I like GO Airport Shuttle but Mears owns them in Orlando too. At least at their website it only shows a starting point for shuttles as at the airport. You'd have to call them for a custom arrangement.
By they way, this website isn't affiliated with a travel agency. We just don't allow agents to solicit or mention their agencies in the forum since it is construed as soliciting or advertising.
I'll be happy to sell you some advertising space though.
