Has anyone missed or nearly missed an early flight

Just wondering, especially about San Diego, has anyone ever missed or nearly missed an early flight? What time did you actually get off the ship and what time did you actually make it to the airport. I'm looking at a flight around 11:30. Am I pushing it?

Lindbergh field is so close to the cruise terminal downtown that an 11:30 flight should not be a problem so long as you request early debarkation.
