The cruise lines typically pay plane fare for staff such as dancers to return home at the end of a contract. So my daughter gets her US air ticket paid for but has to pay $25 in luggage fees. That doesn't seem right.
But wait there's more. I havn't seen USair policy but American and Delta are still alowing luggage with out a fee for international flights. When I called USAir to get a flight update on my daughters trip home they gave me a different number because San Juan to Charlette was an international flight. I reminded them that Pueto Rico was US but they insisted it is treated as an international flight. So why did they charge for luggage? Sounds like they want it both ways in their favor. Something now seems doubly wrong.

I guess I will be happy if she lands safe and with her luggage. 12:23AM tonight, just waiting for the plane now
