I just returned from NCL Eastern Caribean cruise and had a fabulous time!! We had a few rough days at sea and I am proud to say I did not get seasick. However, a few hours after getting off the shipwhen we returned home I startd to feel dizzy and light headed and noticed that everything wasmoving and rocking. I don't feel sick to my stomache, at least not yet. Apparently I had not gotten my "land legs" back. HELP! What will cure this and how long does it last?

The only cure is a few days on land. It usually goes away after 2 or 3 days for me.

The other cure that Dave failed to mention is to immediately book another cruise and get right back on a ship!

I remember getting off the cruiser I was assigned to in the Navy, after being at sea for a few weeks or months, and immediately getting my motorcycle out of storage. Now that was a rush. I think I perfected my ability to take really fast turns that way. I always seemed to lose the traffic in a hurry. Of course it could be that I was so dangerous the other traffic deliberately gave me space!

Buying a water bed may help.
