My husband and I have rebooked an earlier cruise so we have airline vouchers that I would like to use if possible. Would a return flight of 11:15 a.m. be too early leaving from Fort Lauderdale (it is the only direct flight available)?

If everything goes good and there are no problems with the ship or with customs upon returning to port you should be able to make an 11:15 flight. Make sure the pursers desk knows you have an early flight so you can get off the ship ASAP.

I slightly disagree with PEB, in that 11:15 is cutting it close. There are times - not often, but they do occur - when there is some sort of glitch with customs & immigration, or some other reason, so that the passengers do not get off the ship as early as they ordinarily do. Considering you need to be at the airport at least 90 minutes ahead of your flight, it could get tight. You will probably make the flight, but could go through some stressful moments beforehand! This is assuming your ship goes in and out of Ft. Lauderdale. If your port of embarkation is Miami, then you will have a big problem making an 11:15 flight from Ft. Lauderdale .
