Rick, If you take the time served and divide by the posts. I think you are way ahead and no worries about catching up Is nothing I notice or think about.
Since you have the 10 months. Consider going on the CCL Legend with us. It is Oct. 28 from Tampa. I know is not the fancy digs, but it would be a fun time at the ports and Dinner
I come home, take the fancy stuff to the cleaners, wash the rest and set everything aside in my closet. We normally cruise once a year, so I guess I'm a little ahead of the curve. But the actual packing is normally the day before we leave. If I ever get lucky and hit the lottery, I can book and go!
Dwayne, thanks for the invite to the Legend in October. It would be fun. Unfortunately I have a fixed number of days off at work and my Panama Canal cruise in April and the cruise-chat cruise in August are going to use up my quota for the year. But another time? Who knows.
I absolutely HATE packing and unpacking. It has got to be the most tedious and frustrating chore. I try to have separate cruise clothing to avoid figuring out what to take. I like to start and complete my packing all in one day. The best decisions that I have made so far is to stop bringing my pretentious tuxedo and to buy collapsible luggage for easy stateroom storage.
Rick, it's certainly not about your post count on c.c. It's about the content and intelligence that's injected into your posts that keeps me reading and interested!
Now, back to important matters at hand.... like tighty whiteys -- boxers or briefs when you pack?
It would be nice, though, to have a catagory above Guru--you know, something to shoot for; something like "Grand Exalted Cruise Poo Bah", or something. Something at, say, 5000 posts--just to make it interesting.
